The Real Thing

A room in Redwood City where beginners start every week.

The hardest part of martial arts isn't the training. It's walking in the first time. Do it on any weekday evening and you'll find regular people drilling basics, a coach who knows you're new, and nobody trying to prove anything on you.

Six Disciplines

Six ways in. Pick one.

Every discipline runs beginner-friendly classes. Your first one is free, whichever you choose.
